Respected Sir
I am a student of Standard V of your school. I am writing this letter on behalf of all the students of my class. Our half yearly results have come out and all of us have done very well. Therefore, we would like to celebrate and go out for a picnic to ‘Imagica Fun World’ next Sunday. This will be a refreshing change for us and will help us perform better in our studies ahead.
Kindly permit us this outing and the use of the school bus. Our class teacher has agreed to come with us if we get your kind permission.
